Domestic Orders 

Order Processing = 5-7 working days

Shipping = 1-3 working days

All orders are made to order due to original work and exclusivity. We will ship your order after art production framing, and quality inspection is completed. 

The estimated time arrival (ETA) is between 7-10 working days. The order process includes production, quality inspection, packing and delivery. Tracking number will be provided to you via email, when your order is ready to ship.

For handmade paintings, kindly allow us 2-4 weeks to be delivered to you. The whole process includes art painting, drying, framing and delivery.

*Shipping times may vary depending on factors such as high demand of orders, public holidays or unforeseen events. This is outside of the control of Artstry and the shipping carrier. Generally your order will arrive within the estimated timeframes stated above.

Delivery Fees

West Malaysia: Free! All the prices for our products are final without any additional taxes or hidden charges.

East Malaysia: Only a flat rate of RM12 per kg. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically upon our checkout system.

International Orders

International orders can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live. All shipping cost of international orders will be calculated and charged depending on the country you live. The shipping cost will be calculated upon our checkout system.

Refund 

Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the items are damaged upon receiving, Artstry will provide you with a replacement or refund. We will send you a replacement at no charge, and it is only eligible for one time only. For refund, the amount of refund will be issued based on the condition and situation of the defective item. You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund via bank transfer to your bank account.

Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Most of the products are handcrafted, and may have slight variation in colour, design and measurement. These are not deemed as faulty products. 

To proceed your claim, please email us at artstry.co@gmail.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram with your order confirmation and a photo of that defective product. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Artstry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Artstry has no control over these charges, nor can Artstry predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
