Domestic Orders (Malaysia)

  • Order Processing: 7-10 business days
  • Shipping: 1-3 business days

All our artworks are made to order, ensuring originality and exclusivity. We ship your order after art production, framing, and quality inspection are completed. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is between 7-12 working days, covering production, quality inspection, packing, and delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is ready to ship.

For Handmade Paintings, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. This includes the time for painting, drying, framing, and shipping.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to factors such as high order demand, public holidays, or unforeseen events. These are beyond the control of ARTSTRY and the shipping carrier. However, most orders will arrive within the estimated timeframes.

Delivery Fees

  • West Malaysia: Free! All prices are final with no additional taxes or hidden charges.
  • East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM12 per kg. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Orders

International orders typically take 7-20 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and charged based on your country and automatically added during checkout.

Refund 

Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receive. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Damaged Items: If your items are damaged upon arrival, ARTSTRY will provide a replacement.
  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement at no charge, available for one-time only.
  • Refunds will be issued only for defective items only, and the amount will depend on the condition of the item. You may choose to receive your refund as store credit or via bank transfer to your account.

     Please note that pictures are for illustration purposes only. Most of our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, design, and measurements, which are not considered defects.

    All art pieces sold are non-refundable, as each piece is handmade, unique, and exclusive.

    To proceed with your claim, please email us at artstry.co@gmail.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram or WhatsApp with your order confirmation and a photo of the defective product. We will respond as soon as possible.

    Lost/Stolen Packages:

    Artstry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

    Notice Regarding Claims and Returns

    Kindly note that all claims will be addressed at the discretion of ARTSTRY. We reserve the right to decline or substitute any customer claims if we determine that returns are excessive, suggesting possible manipulation or misuse of our policy. We appreciate your understanding.

    Duties & Taxes

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

    These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Artstry has no control over these charges, nor can Artstry predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
