All handmade paintings available for purchase at Artstry are made-to-order.
Once you place your order, our dedicated artist will promptly begin creating your piece. After completion, we’ll send you a preview photo via email or WhatsApp for your review and approval. If you’re happy with the result, we’ll proceed with drying and framing. Once the painting is ready, we will arrange delivery to your address.
If you are not satisfied with the first painted version, you may request minor revisions upon previewing the artwork.
Our company is officially registered in Penang, Malaysia. While we are based in Malaysia, we operate globally, collaborating closely with artists and framers both locally and internationally.
This broad network allows us to serve customers across Malaysia efficiently. Please note that we do not maintain a physical gallery at the moment and are unable to accommodate in-person visits.
Due to the nature of hand-painted artwork, slight differences may occur compared to the reference image. However, this is precisely why we provide you with a preview photo and video for your review and approval. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request minor revisions before we proceed.

Yes, we provide a photo preview of the completed painting to get your approval. This allows you to review the piece and request any minor revisions. We will only proceed with art drying, framing and delivery once you approve the final artwork.

Each painting is carefully recreated by our professional in-house artists, who dedicate themselves to producing every piece with precision and care. Yes, all our paintings are delivered framed. We carefully frame each artwork to ensure it arrives ready to hang.
Yes, the paintings can be hung in landscape (horizontal) orientation. Please note that the default hooks are installed for portrait (vertical) display. If you require hooks for landscape hanging, kindly inform us during your order, and we will install additional hooks for you.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Since all our artworks are made to order for originality and exclusivity, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided immediately after your order has been dispatched.

*Handmade Paintings are made to order. The average processing time is between 2-4 business weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork. This timeframe includes for painting ary drying and framing process.
West Malaysia: Enjoy free shipping on all orders! All product prices are final with no additional or hidden charges.
East Malaysia: Orders will incur a flat shipping rate of RM12 per kg. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Ordering & Payment
Yes! All products listed on our website are available for purchase. You can buy them immediately, and we will ship them directly to your doorstep.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you’ve double checked if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at artstry.co@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Returns
Please contact us immediately upon noticing any damage. Take photos to document the current condition of the artwork. For most cases, we are able to repair the artwork for you. ARTSTRY will cover the costs of repairs and transportation for items damaged during delivery.
