I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?

We will ship all of our items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days processing time for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Order Processing = 3-5 working days

Shipping = 5-7 working days

All Malaysia orders will only take 7-10 working days to arrive at your doorstep. We make sure to carefully hand pack every single order, and provide accurate updates.

*Shipping times can vary depending on factors such as public holidays or unforseen events. This is outside of the control of Artstry and the shipping carrier. Generally your order will arrive within and sometimes within the estimated timeframes stated above.

How Much Is The Shipping Cost?

West Malaysia: Free shipping for all West Malaysia Orders! All the prices for our products are final without any additional or hidden charges.

East MalaysiaAll East Malaysia orders will ship for a flat rate of RM12 per kg only! Shipping cost will be calculated automatically upon our checkout system.

Are All The Products Ready Stock?

Yes! All of our products on our website are ready stock. You can purchase them right away and we will ship them to your doorstep.

What Kind Of Payment Method Do You Offer?

We accept payment via any of the following payment methods:

  • FPX (Online Banking)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Atome PayLater - 3 easy payments, 0% interest

What Happens If I Received Damaged Or Faulty Products Upon Receiving?

We offer a refund or replacement guarantee so you can shop worry-free from us. The replacement is one time only, we will also cover all the expenses for replacement. For refund, the amount of refund will be made based on the condition and situation of the defective item. 

Most of the products are handcrafted, and may have slight variation in colour and measurement. These are not deemed as faulty products. 

To proceed your claim, please email us at artstry.co@gmail.com or contact us via Facebook or Instagram with your order confirmation and a photo of that defective product. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address What Do I Do Now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you’ve double checked if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at artstry.co@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
